"A unique bar & grill with serious emphasis on their MENU - not just the "BAR" part of it. Cudas has been in this same location for 20 years I am aware of. There has to be good reason for that - right? Family owned and run by the owner (Romy) himself. This smallish-sized restaurant puts out a great menu - one you wouldn't necessarily expect going in. And it changes on a regular basis. But your favorites are always available too. Service is always friendly and personalized. The bar seats about 8-9 people and the restaurant section has approx 5-6 tables plus a "booth". 4 TV's to watch - if that is your thing. Do yourself a favor and visit Cudas. "Love this place and seriously miss it. By that I mean I used to live right nearby and I'd go in at least 2 or 3 times a week. It's family owned and operated and the people are incredibility warm and friendly. There's a great selection of cold draft and the food is really good value. It's homemade, pretty much right in front of you, they have a small, sort of open kitchen, and along with lots of other dishes, they honestly make the best curry in Mississauga."Gareth, Q.
"Cuda's Tap & Grill is a tiny, perfect place to meet with friends or just for the 'two of you' for breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon break, or supper feast! Not a fast food chain or big 'franchise' place with sterile atmosphere. Ambiance is casual. Here the owner's, Romy & Arun take the time to greet you and make you feel welcome and comfortable. They always have daily specials and for 'picky eaters' like me, they will make you a custom order to your wishes! Food is cooked right then and there and is never compromised. Always fresh. The various curry's are delicious and I usually have the vegetarian one which has just as much flavour with deep & rich tones. From soups and pizza's to pasta's, salmon & steak you can't go wrong. They are always willing to please you! We do not live in the area but try to go at least once a week when schedules permit! Great place and great food. Just what the doctor ordered! Being from Southern California I was here at the wrong time. Freezing my butt off, every trip to the rental car was like suiting up for a space walk off the international space station. After going through a long list of possible places to stop by for dinner on Yelp something caught my eye with Cuda's. Are review that stated "neighborhood". I walked into the place at first impression, its small cozy, warm or warmer than outside for sure! and everyone knows each other. One chair available at the bar was greeted with good attitude and a smile. By the time I finished my meal, this California guy was having a good laugh with the locals, great bunch of people, I was so impressed, I had a great time. For having been there only once, its a place I would for sure miss, I will eventually be back in Toronto as my work request and yes I will head back to this place. I saved the best for last: Two people running the show, supper cool lady serving drinks bring out plates very busy but I was never left un attended and the Chef, I can not bring my self to say "the cook" because the level of detail put into the dishes is asking for perfection. My pasta was perfectly cooked, chicken was not dry, this guy even poked his head out and asked me if I was ready for my main meal after my appetizer. Oh how I hate my meal to arrive while I have not even stared with the appetizer. No... Mr. Chef went out of his way, to ask me personally, "let me know when you're ready" dang man, I need a place like this in my neighborhood in California.
